GS Investment Services
Goran Siljanovski is the founder of GS Investment Services (“GSIS”) and is based in London. Goran established GSIS to support Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to deploy their capital in targets from the TMT space and assist entrepreneurs and corporates in establishing relationships with financial sponsors to grow their businesses. His particular focus is in the technology and telecommunication space in the UK and Europe. Goran has 15 years of professional experience working on a range of investments in this sector.
He started his career with Deutsche Telekom Group in the corporate finance area, Allianz SE in Munich and the Government Investment Agency in London working with investors and companies from technology, telecommunications, and business services segments. He concentrated on sourcing, screening, negotiation, and execution of M&A.
Goran holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School and a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics.
